Our 17 light and airy rooms are well-equipped, pleasantly quiet and provide the ideal comfort for a relaxing night's sleep. The double rooms and our bridal suite have been planned and furnished with loving care. To make sure that you feel at home when you are away from home, at "Auerbachs Mühle" we attach the greatest importance to a friendly atmosphere combined with comfort and personal service.
Wining and dining
At every time of day our restaurant will offer you exactly what you need – from the varied and generous breakfast buffet via a hearty à la carte lunch to dinner in a cosy atmosphere. Our country house cuisine combines the traditional and the modern, using lots of our own produce together with herbs and edible flowers to create dishes which will appeal to every taste. In addition to regional and seasonal specialities we also of course offer individual set meals and buffets.

A change of location is often a good way to generate new ideas or discuss important matters in the right atmosphere. Our conservatory with its fireplace, a wonderful view of the historic post mill and the terrace by the pond surrounded by green are the ideal venue for your event.
